Services During Implementation

Project Supervision

During execution, we carry out the details of the project charter in order to deliver the product(s). We monitor and follow processes set out in the preparatory phase of the project and ascertain that all our personnel are following the project plan.

Schedule Management

We increase our visibility as project management by conducting regular check-ins to discuss progress of the project. Better yet, we harness some of our work management platforms to boost transparency and trust, and also to track the overall progress of the project in relation to the planned schedule.

Resource Management

Crucial to the execution of the project, we manage resources including human resources to ensure that each resource is used for the intended tasks. We assign clear responsibilities and accountabilities to all the team members. We explain the rationale and motivation to the rest of the team to ensure clarity, harmony, and synergy.

Earned Value Management

Cost control is critical in our projects. In our earned value management, we give our stakeholder a combined view of scope, schedule, and budget.

This is based on our planned value, the actual costs of work performed, and the budgeted cost breakdown of the work performed.

Through the project implementation stage, we minimize waste thus reducing the costs of waste e.g., lost time due to an incident. This ensures that we draw maximum possible value from every resource deployed enabling efficiency of the overall project.

Health, Safety, & Environmental Management

Lr. Project Managers understand that the success of a project is a function of the well-being of the environment the project is set in. We integrate project management and safety management thus having health, safety, and the environment as key performance indicators (KPIs) of project health.

We include HSE professionals in our projects to cater for:

Regulatory requirements
Key process demands
Required equipment and supplies
Training
Medical surveillance (occupational illnesses)
